Ideal location for runners dog walkers kayakers etc
Narrow spaces but reasonably priced for all day parking and toilets.
Car park is ok. Am thinking this is on National Park so why do we have to pay as it is meant for everyone ?
Love this place. Good for walks and picnics. Beautiful bridge and views of the river Dart.May see the horses here too.
Got there at 8am on a very hot July Sunday morning. There was plenty of parking available still and already people walking and swimming but not too busy. Walk on the left hand side of the river for an easy way into a popular swimming spot or on the right hand side of the river and walk an extra 10-15 minutes up stream to a quieter swimming spot with a bank. Amazing walks.
