Awful....DO NOT USE!!!!!!
We booked a mot with Chris ,could not get the car there that day so he arranged to have it picked up and returned the same day. 10 out of 10
Car was taken in on a Wednesday and told it was ready on Saturday morning. Paid 180 for work done, went to drive car away and all the error messages came on. Handed key back to the mechanics, was told noone available until Monday, no courtesy car available. Car ready for collection on Wednesday, they explained what the issue was, which seemed plausable. Paid further 180 and drove the car home. All seemed fine until 3 days later when all of the errors messages returned and car would not start. I won't take the car back there and am currently sourcing another garage to look at it.There is obviously a deep rooted issue with the car that needs specialist attention. This garage can't provide that and then lie and make things up to appear they have resolved them. During the time the garage had my car the only call I got was one returning my call. I had to phone multiple times to get an update. All in all I was without a car for 10 days, paid 360 and still have the same problem with the car as when I took it in.
Have been using this garage for as long as theyve been at these premises (I was actually a customer at their old premises too!). They have been servicing all of our cars for years now and weve never had a problem. Always a prompt and courteous service and WAY cheaper than going to a main dealer! Would heartily recommend them!
